Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said there is a need for a standardised SOP for disaster relief management.
He said apart from thanking the Federal government for flood assistance, he is also grateful to Selangor state government for its RM1million aid.
He said this at a press conference with Selangor Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Azmin Ali on Sunday night.
