Perak executive council member Paul Yong has lashed out at the police for not being professional with the investigation of his rape case.
When met outside the Ipoh Sessions Court after claiming trial to the case, Yong said the police had failed to investigate the case thoroughly, causing him to be charged on Friday.
The Tronoh assemblyman also said he would continue his duty as the state exco member.
