Perkasa has filed a police report in response to media claims that Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar owns shares in U Mobile Sdn Bhd, which was recently appointed as the country’s second 5G network operator.

Perkasa president Syed Hasan Syed Ali, speaking to reporters at the Dang Wangi district police headquarters in Kuala Lumpur after lodging the report, said it was implausible for Sultan Ibrahim to be involved in business, given his reputation for upholding strict governance and integrity.
