CLEAN-UP ON AISLE EX because the tea has officially been spilled today, and it’s all thanks to the newest Little Mix anthem.
Lyrics sure don’t lie, especially following a breakup as public as Perrie Edwards’ and Zayn Malik’s, but clearly she is still out to get the last bit of revenge, because the foursome’s newest hit and second track released off of ‘Glory Days’ called “You Gotta Not” is givin’ it straight up!
Ok, so maybe this track isn’t fully aiming its arrows directly at Zayn, but as soon as fans got word of the lyrics, assumptions began circling the interwebs, and you all know how that goes. In the track, Perrie and the girls sing about their ‘hard-no’s’ when it comes to what they need in a man, in which one lyric reads QUOTE, “I need a man. A man who can act like a man, I ain't here to baby sit no one, I'm only looking for the one to love.’”
Another one, which many believe to jab at Zayn not currently pursuing much at the moment, reads, “You ain't even working boy go get a job, when you wanna start growing up we can boom boom boom til we fall in love.’”
There’s nothin’ like a woman who knows what she wants, and I gotta say I love that about these girls, and as always, I’m lovin’ the new song, so ‘You Gotta Not’ stop playing this all weekend, just sayin!
