DAP secretary-general Anthony Loke has defended his fiery “shut up” remark, saying it was aimed at those politicising the party’s disaster relief efforts.

Speaking in a Malaysiakini’s Chinese podcast that was released last night, Loke admitted he was emotional when he lashed out at critics over the weekend.
