The Petaling Jaya Old Town market will be closed for five days beginning today after a trader tested positive for Covid-19 on April 25.
Petaling district disaster management committee chairperson Johary Anuar said a disinfection exercise was carried out this morning and all traders are advised to go for health screening at the market on Wednesday (April 29).
He said the committee was informed of the patient's test result yesterday.
