The Kuala Lumpur High Court in acquitting Dr Ling Liong Sik today ruled that the former Transport Minister cannot be held accountable for any mistakes, misleading information or inaccuracies in the preparation of the ministry's documents regarding the Port Klang Free Zone land acquisition.
