The re-election in three PKR divisions - Selayang, Jempol and Silam - was not due to the so-called “headless body” phenomenon that raised eyebrows during the recent party polls, according to an internal source.
Instead, the source said the decision was based on overlapping party memberships and criminal records involving some candidates.
