PKR's disciplinary board chairperson Ahmad Kassim says the party has decided to sack Santubong Youth chief Haziq Abdullah Abdul Aziz.
According to Ahmad Kassim, the dismissal took effect immediately after the PKR political bureau meeting ended on Wednesday.
"We have reviewed his reply on July 2, 2019, to our show cause letter this afternoon. The disciplinary board finds that he has violated the party's ethical rules and we have proposed that the political bureau dismiss his membership.
"Among the reasons is that he has made open allegations against party leaders on corrupt practices without evidence.
Ahmad declined to elaborate on the second reason for Haziq's sacking.
