Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim has announced an early incentive payment of RM2,000, as announced in Budget 2024, to some civil servants and pensioners in one lump sum on Feb 23, 2024.

At an assembly for the Finance Ministry staff today, he said this is while we wait for the Public Service Remuneration System (SSPA) study to be finalised.
