PM: Schools to be reopened in stages during recovery MCO phase

Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin today indicated that schools will be reopened in stages during the next recovery movement control order (MCO) phase beginning from June 10 to Aug 31.

"For parents with school-aged children, I'm sure all of you are anxious to find out when schools will be reopened.

"For your information, schools will be reopened in stages in this recovery movement control order period, upon advice from the Healthy Ministry," said Muhyiddin in a special live telecast address.

"The Education Ministry will be making a detailed announcement on the matter soon," he added.
