President of Persatuan Minda Sosial dan Prihatin (PMSP) Ramesh Rao wants the bar council to act in cancelling Lim Lip Eng's license to practice law as he had not met the courts ruling for him to pay costs to former DAP member Yap Koh Min after losing a case against him.
According to Rao the refusal to pay by the Segambut MP in accordance with the ruling by the court tarnishes the image of the courts and laws of the country.
