The Emir of Qatar is in Malaysia for a three-day working visit from Dec 5 until 7. Sheikh Tamim Hamad Al Thani held talks with Malaysian Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad on Dec 6 to discuss further cooperation and Malaysia’s involvement in the construction projects for the FIFA World Cup finals to be held in Doha in 2022.
