Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Abdul Rahman Dahlan said it is time to separate Chief Minister from the state government agencies, citing that in Penang, Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng has become very powerful and there is no check and balance in his administration. Rahman Dahlan said this after opening the Bukit Gelugor Umno delegates annual assembly on Sunday.
