MCA president Wee Ka Siong, who was named in The Vibes’ report about an alleged plot by PN to oust the Anwar Ibrahim administration, has denied being involved.
He said the allegations made in the report were nonsense and baseless.
“For me, whoever is out there is able to write whatever they please, based on rumours. However, as MCA’s president, I take the matter seriously. The media should fact-check and show proof. How are we involved? Although we ourselves are not aware of such efforts (to form a new government),” said the Ayer Hitam MP.
