Former premier Najib Abdul Razak's wife Rosmah Mansor has been arrested and is expected to be charged tomorrow.
MACC deputy commissioner (operations) Azam Baki confirmed that the arrest took place at 3.20pm at the commission's headquarters in Putrajaya.
Rosmah had arrived at the MACC headquarters at 11am for her statement to be recorded. It is unclear if she was quizzed on matters related to 1MDB or the fund's former subsidiary SRC International.
