Scalia fans, rejoice! After weeks of waiting with so much sexual tension we could cut with a knife, Scott McCall and Malia Tate are taking their friendship to the next level.
MTV released a trailer clip showing us a steamy scene between the two packmates where they finally, and we mean finally, kiss each other.
Although tons of fans have been waiting the whole season for the pair to act on their feelings, like all tv couples there is a ton of drama happening behind the scenes. The two have always been friends ever since Malia joined the pack way back in season 3B, but this isn’t Malia’s first relationship.
Remember when Stalia was a thing?! Stiles, AKA Scott’s best friend, dated Malia once upon a time. The two were honestly one of the best couples, even though creator Jeff Davis refuses to give us the Lydia/Stiles relationship that we have been waiting for since day one.
Although the two split up after they both kept way too many secrets from each other in season 5b, they were able to keep their friendship in tact. But when Stiles was erased from everyone’s memory by the Ghost Riders last season, Malia began to turn to Scott for help in controlling her transformations.
While this potential love interest has been building over the past few episodes, it’s hard to see Scott kissing his best friend’s ex! We’re still excited to see how their relationship plays out over the next, and last, five episodes.
