Selena Gomez Overtakes Justin Bieber For Most Liked Instagram Photo of All Time

It looks like there’s a new Insta-queen in town. Selena just topped Justin Bieber for the most liked Instagram photo EVERR!
Wait a second, Selena just surpassed Justin’s photo, but wasn’t she in that one too?
Well, it’s a proud day for Selena’s 89.2 million followers as they helped the popstar break a record in Instagram history after just two weeks. The singer posted this photo wearing a red top and staring directly into the camera, receiving 4-million likes giving her the title of most-liked Insta pic.
Wow. 4-million?! That is insane. The photo shows Selena sporting her new hair, long red nails, and signature music note tattoo as she sips Coca-Cola from a red and white striped straw.
Selena’s song, “Me and the Rhythm” was used in a Coca-Cola advertisement for their recent “Share a Coke and a Song” campaign. So when she posted the pic and captioned it QUOTE: “when your lyrics are on the bottle,” I think deep down we all wanted to stop what we were doing, head to the store, and buy one for ourselves.
Buuut, if you’re a Selenator like me, then you know the singer was also in the previous most liked photo on Instagram too. The, now second-placer, was a throwback posted by Justin Bieber of him kissing Selena earning 3.7 million likes.
And before that, Kendall Jenner held the title with 3.6 million likes, posting an image wearing a lacy outfit and her hair formed into hearts back in 2015.
Selena’s definitely been making us all a little jealous posting pics while on the road for her Revival tour. Plus, she’ll be heading out of the country in a few weeks, which means we can all hopefully look forward to many more Insta pics in the future.
