Selena Gomez's Mom SHADES Ariana Grande & Justin Bieber On Instagram Live

It wasn’t too long ago that Selena Gomez’s mom, Mandy Teefey, dissed Shawn Mendes and Charlie Puth during a dramatic Instagram rant and she literally just threw her own daughter under the bus for working with Woody Allen. It doesn’t look like she plans to stop the drama any time soon, though, because her most recent move was to throw shade at Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber.
Mandy was live streaming on Instagram earlier this week when Ari’s rendition of “Beauty and the Beast” from the 2017 movie came on the radio
Mandy commented QUOTE “so sad” after the opening few notes played and seemed disappointed as she groaned about who was singing. She then switched radio stations only to stumble upon Justin’s song “What Do You Mean,” which she quickly shut off.
Fans of both Justin and Ariana were rightfully very upset about Mandy’s comments and took to Twitter to express their emotions.
Someone else said QUOTE “Selena's mom being petty to Ariana and Justin just goes a long way to show how even she gets her own daughter dragged. She can't accept that her daughter isn't gonna get played every single second on the radio. It's so sad.”
Another fan commented QUOTE “I feel sorry for Selena that she has a mom who cant appreciate other artists with lots of talents... Selena and Ariana are friends... Selena and Justin are friends... why is this mom acting like stan twitter? Selena can make her own decisions but her mom is still being dramatic..”
Everyone knows that Mandy isn’t a big fan of The Biebs, especially after she straight up admitted that she’s QUOTE “not happy” that he and Selena are now back together. But Ari and Sel never had an issue with each other, so I’m not sure why Mandy dragged her into this. Also, Ariana’s rendition of “Beauty and the Beast” is basically perfect.
Mandy and Selena apparently aren’t in the best place at the moment and this may explain why. What would you do if your mom dissed your peers?
