Selena Gomez SURPRISES High School Students For Coach

Selena Gomez surprised high school students in Los Angeles yesterday for the Step Up Foundation as Coach’s celebrity brand ambassador.
It’s always fun to have guest speakers come to class. You get a break from lectures, you don’t have to take notes. But just imagine if your guest speaker brought Selena Gomez along with them!
The Step Up Foundation focuses on empowering young women which is right up Selena’s alley so imagine the students’ excitement when the CEO of Coach, Victor Luis brought Selena along with him to visit the students! He brought Selena along as his special guest seeing as though she is Coach’s brand ambassador. Selena assured the students that she wanted the atmosphere to be super chill and comfortable so that they could feel free to get to know her before joking that most of them probably already know most of her life already anyway. Selena posted a photo on instagram of the inspiring day saying QUOTE – “@instagram is celebrating world kindness day and I got to spend it with people who fully will change our world one day. @coach introduced me to @stepupwomensnetwork which is an after school organization that encourages girls to believe that they have the capability to do anything they set their mind to. It's crazy to me how much they are willing put others before themselves.”
In a statement to People Magazine, Selena talked about the significance of Step Up’s message to her saying QUOTE - "Step Up's mission to empower young women is personally important to me and something even more crucial in under-served communities. Working with the young women I met today was an inspirational experience I will never forget." Surely the feeling is mutual.
