Justin Bieber's Mom Congratulates Selena Gomez On Coach Clothing Line Amid Break

Selena Gomez teases a new Coach clothing collaboration, plus Justin Bieber’s mom comments and sends love amid the couple’s break.
SelGo is keeping busier than ever these days, and clearly she’s got the support of the Bieber fam.
Selena Gomez has previously been the face of Coach, she’s walked the Coach runway, she’s worn Coach to the Met Gala, and she’s even been a handbag designer for the brand. So it makes sense that she’s taking her relationship with Coach to the next level--by collaborating on a clothing line with them.
Selena is currently working with Coach’s creative director, Stuart Vevers, on a collection that will include everything from jackets to leather goods, to all types of accessories that will all reflect SelGo’s personal style.
In a press release, Selena said of the collab QUOTE, “I am so excited to be working with Coach again...Getting to create my own collection with Stuart has been such a fun process, and I can’t wait for everyone to see what we have been working on over the past several months.”
SelGo also teased fans on social media about the announcement. She shared a picture of what is clearly an item from the line, but all we can make out in the pic is some blush pink silk fabric with a multi-colored pastel lace trim -- and of course a SelenaxCoach clothing label. She captioned the pic QUOTE, “Fam, my second collection for @coach is going to include clothes! So grateful I got to work on this with @stuartvevers. Can’t wait to show you this fall.”
Coach also shared a silk and pastel colored item on their Instagram page to reiterate the collab collection, and the brand confirmed that the clothing line would hit stores in the Fall of 2018. Pastel is definitely not a color palette we see too often come fall, but we love that Selena is doing something different.
Now as thrilled as we are for Selena’s new gig, we have to call out something that also made our hearts grow two sizes bigger: Justin Bieber’s mom, Pattie, commented on Selena’s Coach announcement on Instagram with her support. She posted a few “party popper” emojis on the post, which was the perfect and subtle way to show that she loves Selena and is excited to see her thrive.
This is definitely a different reaction than what Justin has reportedly been getting from Selena’s mom. Rumors are swirling that Mandy Teefy is the reason Selena and Justin are currently taking a “break”, although sources at HollywoodLife have also suggested that the pair are QUOTE, “fully committed to getting back together again”, but that Selena just needs a little space and time on her own right now. It’s obvious that she’s a very busy woman, so we can understand that she’d need some room to create all these fabulous designs for Coach, on top of working on an album, on top of producing season 2 of ‘13 Reasons Why’. In fact, at this point it’s amazing Selena even has any time for sleep, let alone a boyfriend.
