Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are engaged?! WHAT?! Alright, so we're just commenting on this because did you see that gold ring that Selena has been wearing on her engagement ring finger lately?? First it was at the We Day California -- take a peek!! And then she was rocking that same band for this weekend's Kids Choice Awards.
