Perikatan Nasional secretary-general Hamzah Zainudin said there was nothing wrong with PN promoting its chairperson Muhyiddin Yassin as a prime minister candidate for the coalition.

When asked who the shadow prime minister for the coalition is, he said they wouldn't announce who is their PM candidate but Muhyiddin still has a chance and there was nothing wrong with it.

He said this during the announcement of PN's shadow cabinet line-up at a press conference today.
