Senior lawyer Muhammad Shafee Abdullah has questioned the need to transfer former premier Najib Abdul Razak's case to the Palace of justice in Putrajaya.
He asked what was so special about Najib's case that they needed to move it to Putrajaya and disputed the prosecution's argument on the facilities being better there.
