Senior lawyer Mohd Shafee Abdullah is anticipating a fun-filled affair on the legal proceedings for the six fresh charges against his client, former prime minister Najib Abdul Razak.
However, Shafee predicted that the prosecution would be facing a hard time proving the charges, which he claimed were trumped-up.
“I think the defence in this case will have fun, and the prosecution will have a nightmare.
"I think the AGC (Attorney-General's Chambers) 'crafted' these charges. I think it is very foolish,” he told reporters when met outside the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court today.
