Shariah law expert Datuk Daud Muhammad was chosen as the recipient of the 2019 Maulidur Rasul Premier Award on Saturday.
The Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Al Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah , presented the award to Daud at the national level Maulidur Rasul 1441H/2019 celebration.
Academician Prof Datuk Dr Asma Ismail, social activist Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye, Hospital Mesra Ibadah founder Datuk Dr Khalid Ibrahim and humanitarian activist Mohd Azmi Abdul Hamid were presented with the national-level Maulidur Rasul Award.
