Former prime minister Najib Abdul Razak has denied dozing off during a hearing at the Court of Appeal earlier today.
"No, I was closing my eyes," he said when met at the Parliament lobby.
Appearing unhappy, he said: "Don't make an issue out of it."
He was asked about an incident this morning where a police personnel was seen waking him up when his case was being heard.
The Edge had reported that Najib had dozed off during the appeal, which was related to the charges he is facing regarding funds from former 1MDB subsidiary SRC International.
