When asked about the average timeline of when the application is submitted for Cabinet approval, former Treasury secretary-general Tan Sri Dr Mohd Irwan Serigar Abdullah on Wednesday said government loans usually take up to three months of approval.
Irwan testified as a witness in the SRC International Sdn Bhd trial involving former prime minister and finance minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak.
