Stephen Merchant wins lip sync battle by gettin’ “Dirrty” to Christina Aguilera.
On this week of Lip Sync Battle, it was veteran Stephen Merchant vs. Malin Akerman.
The first round showed signs of pretty fair game with Akerman performing, “Pour Some Sugar on me” vs. Merchant lip belting out Enrique Iglesias’ classic hit, “Hero.”
But the tables started to show signs of turning when Akerman whipped out Jason Derulo’s “Talk Dirty” which Chrissy Teigan described as QUOTE – “If American Girl dolls made a thug Samantha.”
Can you imagine? but then Stephen Merchant took the filth to whole new heights performing “Dirrty” by Christina Aguilera complete with a cage, leather chaps, cutouts, the word “nasty” written on his pancake butt and spread legs. You have to see it for yourself to believe it:
So much discomfort. It’s perfect. But in the end the awkwardness worked in his favor and the lip sync battle was rightfully won by Merchant who, recognize, was one of the OG lip sync battlers. respect.
