The journalist who secured an email interview with fugitive Malaysian businessman Jho Low said his media outlet would try to pursue a face-to-face interview with Low in future.
The Straits Times’ regional correspondent Leslie Lopez said he was convinced by Low’s legal and media team that it was Low himself who replied his questions via an email. This is the first time since the 1MDB revelation that Low spoke to a media outlet albeit via email correspondence.
