Strong winds caused the ceiling of the Bukit Raja toll plaza in Klang to collapse at about 10pm Friday. Photos and videos circulating on social media showed parts of the ceiling and debris scattered across the toll plaza, and the temporary closure caused a massive traffic jam along the New Klang Valley Expressway.
