Student group Challenger Secretary-General Jean Vaneisha explains and tells her story about how she and her peers tried to seek information on the PTPTN loans such as repayment options and the extension of the grace period among other questions. Despite calling and surfing the internet including the PTPTN official website, they were always stonewalled with "Please refer to the PTPTN office counter" as a response.
Jean was speaking at a forum titled 'Sustainability of the PTPTN loan scheme' organised by the Penang Institute at KLSCAH last night.
