The Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (Suhakam) is pointing its finger at Bukit Aman regarding the disappearances of Pastor Raymond Koh and Amri Che Mat, that they were victims of “enforced disappearance by state agents”.
When announcing the findings of the public inquiry on Wednesday, Suhakam commissioner Datuk Mah Weng Kwai said an inquiry panel looking into Koh and Amri's disappearances came up with the unanimous conclusion after lengthy discussions.
