Lim Lip Eng (DAP - Segambut) wants to refer Deputy Federal Territories Minister Datuk J. Loga Balan Mohan to the Parliament Rights and Privileges Committee for misleading the House over the impending Kuala Lumpur property tax hike.
The DAP made the proposal after Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor dashed the hopes of property owners in the city this morning by insisting that the new rates would take effect on January 1.
