Did Taylor and Tom just become Instagram official?
Finally, you guys! Taylor and Tom just took their blossoming relationship to the next level--by becoming Instagram offish!
As you’ve probably already heard, Tom joined Instagram last week and posted a picture of himself dressed up as his Avenger’s character Loki, captioning the post “He’s back!” While fans were excited about the promotional tease for next year’s Avenger’s film, the number one thing everyone was talking about when he joined the app was when the heck were he and Taylor going to start following each other?! Like, shouldn’t following your significant other be the first thing you do when you sign up for Instagram? That’s basically an official rule, but apparently not for Hiddleswift, because they kept fans of the couple holding their breath for days, speculating that it may have been pointing to trouble in paradise. Luckily the lovebirds finally put our minds at ease and finally took the plunge into mutual follows as of yesterday. Talk about a couple of teases, though! They’re clearly a match made in heaven because they know how much they can toy with our hearts, and they’re obviously having a lot of fun with that.
Now, of course, we just have to wait for Taylor and Tom to post pictures of themselves together on Instagram. It’s definitely going to be tough to beat Taylor and her ex Calvin Harris’s Instagram game--what with their adorable swimsuit piggy back rides, #SwanGoals, and some of the most epically romantic vacay photos we’ve ever seen--but, thanks to that “I heart Taylor Swift” shirt Tom rocked on the 4th of July, we have a feeling he’ll have no problem stepping up to the social media PDA challenge.
