Firstly, I just want to say a huge thank you to all of you for watching and sharing my videos. It's been an incredible journey to get to 100K subscribers on YouTube, and I could not have done it without your help.
Also, I want to give a huge shout to my wife Ying for all that she does - she films, and follows me on crazy food expeditions - she is the best.
