Digital Minister Gobind Singh Deo told the Dewan Rakyat that the Personal Data Protection Department (JPDP) confirmed that there was no leakage of personal data following a cyber threat allegedly carried out by a group known as R00TK1T, to shut down the network of a telecommunications company.
In response to a question posed by Chong Zhemin (PH-Kampar), Gobind said the matter was confirmed as a result of the digital forensics conducted.
