Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi said that the home ministry and the police will not protect any of its officers found to have violated the law.
He was responding to the case of several officers serving in Melaka who were nabbed for allegedly collecting money from illegal gaming outlets and massage parlours.
He said there is no excuses even if they claim to be exploited, used or forced into doing it and his ministry would not tolerate their actions.
