It’s happening. Tina Fey teases us with a Mean Girls Broadway musical update!
And it’s music to our ears.
Tina Fey stopped by The Tonight Show and we’re pleased to report that Jimmy Fallon asked her ALL about the upcoming Mean Girls musical. And guess what? It’s coming REALLY soon.
Halloween?! Ok we would totally give up this year’s Trump costume to be one of the first to witness the Mean Girls musical. As if Tina’s update could get any better, she went on to gush about the show’s cast.
Baby Timberlakes? And we’ll be logging on right after this video to go purchase some tickets.
Tina also joked to Jimmy that the National Theatre in DC is just three blocks from the White House- so she suggested you make a fun trip out of it. Mean Girls and The White House- perfect! But if you wanna wait for the real thing, Mean Girls aims to debut on Broadway in NYC sometime in March 2018.
