Muhammad Eizat Hazmi, the ice truck driver who was involved in an accident that killed nine people at KM45 of Jalan Ipoh-Teluk Intan last October was charged with causing death by reckless driving at the Tapah magistrates' court on Friday. He pleaded not guilty after he was charged under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act.
