In his speech at the 2018 Anti Corruption Summit on Tuesday, Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said when the top leader of a country was corrupt, the rest would follow.
Dr Mahathir said people must be reminded that corruption is a crime which benefits no one and urged the people to combat it together.
