Two Umno division leaders claimed trial in Alor Setar Sessions Court on March 9th to separate counts of corruption and abetting to commit corruption, amounting to RM135,000 from two years ago.Nor Azamuddin was alleged to have received RM45,000 on each occasion in 2014 from Datuk Noridan Spee Yee, who is the proprietor of DCT Bakery Sdn Bhd and Farid was charged with abetting Nor Azamuddin on those occasions.
