MCA Public Services and Complaints Department head Datuk Seri Michael Chong held a press conference on Tuesday to expose a used car sale scam, where a salesman issued a bad cheque for the remaining RM85,000 of the sale and disappeared later.
Owner of the used car company, Datuk Tee Seng Huat, agreed to pay off the RM85,000 to the victim, as well as other claimants who had approached him for similar scam.
