Bersatu Youth chief Wan Ahmad Fayhsal Wan Ahmad Kamal said non-Malays and non-Muslims overreacted to the procession of PAS members bearing replicas of medieval weapons and armour in Terengganu.

Speaking to reporters at the Kuala Lumpur Courts Complex today, he defended the Islamist party, saying its members do not support any form of aggression using weapons.

The march was part of the Himpunan Pemuda Islam Terengganu (Himpit) event organised by PAS in Setiu, Terengganu on Friday.
