Ayer Hitam MP and MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong wants the Pakatan Harapan-led government to explain why it is introducing congestion charges when it had promised to fully abolish tolls in its election manifesto. In a press conference at Parliament lobby on Tuesday, he said Pakatan Harapan had failed to fulfil its promise to abolish toll but simply rebranded it as congestion charges.
