A woman was expelled from the Parliament building for wearing a split knee-length skirt which exposed part of her thigh.

It was previously reported that she was an aide to Bandar Kuching MP Dr Kelvin Yii.

However, the lawmaker denied this saying she was merely a visitor who wished to see him and not his assistant.

Media practitioners at the Parliament lobby witnessed a security officer requesting her to leave the premises.
