Are you excited for Shirtless Zach Efron- I mean Neighbors? I obviously am, so let's take a little peek into this movie and why it's gonna be rad.

! OK, first up on the Rad List is the laughs. The comedy. This movie is going to be funny. Like crazy funny. It's from the same people who brought us This Is The End, so you know we've all got some seriously high expectations... and I'm pretty sure they will be met.


Number 2 on the Rad List is the Music. It's got some Ke$ha, Flo Rida, an awesome Missy Elliott and Black Keys mashup, and Icona Pop.

OK, Obviously. Come on. Number one on my Rad List is just 3 words: Shirtless Zach Efron. Get me a block of cheese, cause I wanna grate it on his abs.
