Deputy prime minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi used a metaphor to urge Kelantan to give BN a chance to run the state.
He said Kelantan's 'water tank' is empty, but it can be 'filled it with water from Putrajaya's tank'.
It is believed that Zahid is referring to Putrajaya's ability to bring development to Kelantan.
