It’s been awhile since Taylor Swift was romantically linked to any fellas, but now she’s getting flirty with two guys in less than two weeks! When it rains, it pours, amiright?
Yes, our girl T-Swift reportedly exchanged digits with The 1975’s lead singer after seeing them in concert the week before last, and now she’s had a cheeky Twitter exchange with 5 Seconds of Summer’s Michael Clifford.
So, let’s just back things up a bit. During the American Music Awards on Sunday November 23, Michael tweeted out: “I’m so late on the shake it off hype”
A few days later, Taylor retweeted him and replied saying this: “@Michael5SOS Well I was late retweeting you. Call it even?”
Side note, yes Michael, you are late on the “Shake It Off” hype. That song came out in August! Though he is a busy guy, so we guess we’ll let it slide.
Anyways, things didn’t stop there as Michael replied back with an emoji with heart eyes, and then Taylor responded back to him with her own set of emojis that basically congratulated him and 5SOS on their win at the American Music Awards.
Michael then said Taylor’s “Blank Space” performance at the AMAs made him cry like this:
To which Taylor replied: “if I'm hearing you correctly, what you're saying is that you'd like to be twitter BFFs. I accept your implied request.”
And because he’s not an idiot, Michael responded by saying: “alright fine I'm in”
This exchange seems pretty platonic – but who knows, maybe they took things to Direct Messaging and they’re already planning out a wedding. We’re kidding of course – or are we?
