Umno Youth leader Dr Muhamad Akmal Saleh has offered to teach Housing and Local Government Minister Nga Kor Ming about the history of Malaya.

This is in response to Nga's proposal that Chinese new villages be recognised as Unesco World Heritage Sites for its cultural and historical significance.

Nga has reportedly been seeking to assuage Umno amid continued objections to the plan along racial lines.
